I strongly believe we learn by sharing stories, lessons, and experiences, therefore I decided to launch the Go Live with Me interview series featuring entrepreneurs, and passionate people from all over the world.

I have been connecting with entrepreneurs for years, and I love how powerful each interaction can be. It is inspiring to hang out with someone who is deeply passionate about what he or she is doing. It’s a type of interaction that boosts motivation, creates space for learning, bonding, growth, and problem-solving.

The purpose of these interviews is to inspire, and motivate entrepreneurs from all over the world to embrace their journey even more, to learn from fellow human beings who are actively creating their dream lives every single day. And to those of you who are still in doubt, I hope these stories will give you courage to take action.

Go Live With Me, ep #8, features Mijke Vlasveld, outdoors coach

On this episode I had a blast , Life Coach, as a guest on my Go Live With Me Series. We talked a lot about the kind of benefits we can get through connecting with nature and we both share personal stories about using nature for mindfulness and relaxing.

My guest this week is Mijke Vlasveld, an outdoor life coach and mindfulness trainer, a free spirited adventurer, hippie / surf girl. She is an expert at showing you how free you can be and how much fun you can have, instead of all the stress, exhaustion and depression there is now.

She switched from practicing law to promoting personal growth through nature coaching, mindfulness practices, NLP and systemic work. She guides people to their truest life and hopes to inspire them to live life to the fullest, by showing them how she does it and that there is so much more possible than they expect.

Try just being there, in the now, not wanting or needing to do anything... And see what happens. And when you are ready to really let go of all the thoughts, musts and have to’s in your life, so you can really enjoy your down time, without feeling guilty or useless!
