I strongly believe we learn by sharing stories, lessons, and experiences, therefore I decided to launch the Go Live with Me interview series featuring entrepreneurs, and passionate people from all over the world.
I have been connecting with entrepreneurs for years, and I love how powerful each interaction can be. It is inspiring to hang out with someone who is deeply passionate about what he or she is doing. It’s a type of interaction that boosts motivation, creates space for learning, bonding, growth, and problem-solving.
The purpose of these interviews is to inspire, and motivate entrepreneurs from all over the world to embrace their journey even more, to learn from fellow human beings who are actively creating their dream lives every single day. And to those of you who are still in doubt, I hope these stories will give you courage to take action.
Tell me a little bit about yourself. Who are you? What do you do when you’re not working?
I am a mother of two amazing young men, I am a dog mom to Stella, she is a beautiful Merle mini Aussiedoodle. I am a mother in law to Haley, who is an amazing young wife to my son. She is sweet and beautiful and I adore her. I thrive when I’m near water so I love being at my condo at the beach. I also am happiest when I get to spend time with my boys. I am a business owner and a multi million dollar producer in network marketing. I am a child of God and love serving others.
What is your business?
I am full time in network marketing of happiness :). I share a product that helps you naturally produce the hormones of happiness which are dopamine, oxytocin, serotonin and endorphins – also known as DOSE. My passion is helping single moms find financial freedom as well as other moms who need financial and time freedom. I also am building an event venue and purchasing a real estate franchise. Why did you start this business? And how was it in the beginning (mindset, motivation, clarity, new roles)?
I have always had a mindset of success but not always of abundance. When I shifted that mindset to a mindset of abundance it was like the heavens opened up and showered me with huge blessings financially. I have always loved helping others and to be able to help others find financial and time freedom is a beautiful thing. I lead a team of over 5000 men and women to seek out their potential in this business model and we mostly do that through online social sharing.
What made the difference to help you grow your business?
Having an unwavering belief to achieve success and never losing vision of my ‘why” which is to never work for anyone else again and to give myself and my two sons a life I never had. I want them to be set up for a better life by helping them with some initial things up front. I gifted my oldest son a car for his new wife and a lake home for their first home. I am able to pay for my youngest sons college in full so no student loan debt for this including med school. I also gifted him a Range Rover this past month for keeping a 4.0 GPA throughout his college thus far.
Freedom of debt is a great beginning in life and they have also worked very hard as young adults so they understand the value of money and the importance of having a positive mindset towards this.
How do you handle being visible for your business?
I have a one hour a day program that I coach my team to use and it is what I used to begin my business here with my current company. I share this with all of my team to help them achieve success through social sharing of the product and opportunity. I also keep the conversation open at all times when it is reasonably fitting for the face to face opportunities. I never “sell” anyone on this idea or product. I want them to come to a natural, logical conclusion that this is for them.
What are you most proud of yourself as a business owner?
To be able to be financially free and to have my kids debt free and to empower other moms to do the same.
What’s one piece of advice you’d give to a female entrepreneur who might be struggling?
Find a coach/mentor that is where you want to be and has done the line of work you are in and lock arms with them and be coachable daily to achieve your goals for yourself. Your why should drive you daily!
